By accessing and playing WhereAmI, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use any automated scripts or "bots" to guess locations in WhereAmI.
• Exploit bugs to gain an unfair points advantage.
• Harass other players in multiplayer lobbies or friend requests.

3. Virtual Currency (Points)

"Points" and "PTS" are virtual currency within WhereAmI and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the platform.

4. Limitation of Liability

WhereAmI is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any technical issues, data loss, or inaccuracies in Google Maps data.
